The Sign-up for the PHS trial is by invitation only. Please select the role type and use the email provided to you for that role.
We don't expect you to provide any personal details for this trial so please use fictional first and last names and use the autogenerated sample data for address etc. You may change the test values but please ensure to use a valid UK postcode as this is used by the Vet Referral functionality.
Once you have completed the trial, please kindly fill out the survey form while closing your trial account. Your feedback will be most valuable in refining our service before we reach production.
Finally, please ensure to remember your password during the sign-up process. Since we are only using test emails for the trial, we don't provide a password-reset feature. If you have any issues, please contact the party who invited you to the trial and we'll do our best to resolve them.
